Solid tire vulcanizer is a key equipment specially used for producing solid tires. Through high temperature and high pressure vulcanization process, the rubber and tire body (such as steel ring and fiber reinforcement layer) are tightly bonded to form a highly wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and bubble-free tire. It is used to vulcanize solid tires of various specifications.
The hydraulic system of this machine is a separate system consisting of high- and low-pressure pumps, a three-phase AC motor, an oil tank, and a combination valve. These components protect the pumps, maintain oil pressure, and unload the oil.
It adopts PLC programmable controller or manual operation (customized according to user's actual needs).
