It is used for cooling the rubber sheets after rubber mixing and extrusion by an extruder. It is commonly found in continuous production lines of tires, conveyor belts, seals, rubber hoses, rubber - plastics, cables, etc., as well as in the rubber mixing workshops of the rubber products industry such as the foaming sector, aiming to rapidly cool the rubber sheets after the completion of the mixing process.
Used for cooling and laminating the films after mixing and plasticizing in the mixing machine, and after pressing with the extrusion machine or with the twin-screw extruder, as well as for collecting and packaging the films.
The product can be customized. It features an intelligent control system, mostly controlled by PLC. The frequency converter provides wide applicability for speed regulation and can be customized. It offers high-efficiency cooling.
