After the tires are cut into strips by the strip cutter, the tire slicer cuts them into rubber chunks approximately 35mm in size. This serves as the raw material for the rubber crusher and is a crucial auxiliary equipment in the rubber powder processing process.
The machine's operation begins with the motor inside the frame driving the main shaft via a V-belt reduction drive, which in turn drives the moving blade, causing relative rotation between the moving blade and the fixed blade. The main shaft then drives the feed claws through a sprocket drive to feed the material inward, completing the slicing process.
